Forewarnings Are Here To Help Us

Dr. Larry Dossey, author of "The Science Of Premonition", discusses here the research that proves we all have the ability to tell what is going to happen in the future.

The cultural lore around this question is of course laden with skepticism. If we really could tell the future we'd all be winning the lottery, right?

Most of the time they are so subtle that we don't notice them. Or we brush them off because we don't trust this instinctual information. But they are very real. It may surprise you that scientists have been able to measure this fascinating phenomenon and determine that to some extent we all posses the innate ability to feel or know certain things ahead of time.

It raises extremely intriguing questions about consciousness and linear time, also discussed in this interview.

Dossey believes that forewarnings are a great blessing, and that we can all tune into a deeper space where we can hear these signals more clearly. Meditating and keeping a dream journal are two great places to start.
