Don't Just Smell The Roses - Use Them!

Rose water was first produced by Muslim chemists in the medieval Islamic world through the distillation of roses. It was used medicinally, nutritionally, for flavoring food and drink, and as a component in perfume.

The ancient Greeks, Romans and Phoenecians considered large public rose gardens to be as important as croplands such as orchards and wheat fields!

This video gives you two different methods of making rose water in under four minutes.

It requires the petals of a lovely fresh rose, and distilled water.

There is a simple way to make that yourself as well, shown here.

What a terrific gift this would make for yourself, and all the ladies in your life.

Enjoy this time honored, delightful concoction.
