Benefits Range From Improving Concentration To Repelling Mice!

This video refers to the concoction as an essential oil, but it is actually what you’d call an herbal infusion. Many of the healthy benefits of peppermint can be found in an infusion, it’s not the same as an essential oil in strength or purity.

Menthol, the main ingredient in peppermint is popular in aromatherapy because it is attributed with qualities like increasing mental alertness, improving concentration and memory.

Menthol is also used to cure nausea, indigestion, cold symptoms, headaches, muscle and nerve pain, stomach and especially bowel conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome.

Not only that: apparently mice and ants hate it, so you could leave cotton balls soaked with this stuff around your house for a natural pest repellant.

This method seems easy enough, and well worth the effort especially if your yard is overflowing with mint that you don't know what to do with!
