The connection between junk food and hypoglycemia is well established, but less is said about the violent tendencies that this sugar imbalance can lead to.

When people consume sugar, starches, food additives on a regular basis, the evil pattern goes like this: in children we see hyperactivity and inability to focus. In all ages we see increased violent and aggressive behavior. In older adults, it causes confusion and many believe increased rates of Alzheimer's.
